Our 24/7 dispatching staff carefully reviews your request to ensure accuracy and prioritizes your call based on level of need. A baby or dog locked in a car is going to receive our first priority. They then dispatch the nearest available driver to your location using our state of the art driver tracking platform.
Once our Roadside Technician receives your information, they will immediately contact you to verify your location, service request for either a jump start, auto lockout, fuel delivery, or tire change and the vehicle information. At that time, the technician will give you an exact estimated time of arrival (ETA) based on our GPS technology.
Upon arrival, our technician will assess your situation and recommend the best course of action to proceed with the service. In some cases, we may have to refer you over to a towing provider when service just can't be completed on the side of the road.
After the work is done, we will make recommendations to you based on the type of service we completed and send you on your way.
